We despatch all items recorded delivery. Orders will be delivered within 1 - 4 weeks.
Returns
We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our
products. You are welcome to send back any item for whatever reason. We will
be happy to exchange for a different size(where applicable), another item or
simply refund your money.
Please make sure that when you return an item you return it complete with
the receipt you will have received with the original order. All
returns/exchanges must be returned unworn (where applicable) and still with
the label attached within 14 days of receipt. Clothing cannot be
exchanged/refunded if it has any visible signs of being worn. You will have
to pay the postage for the return and for the replacement being sent out.
If you are unsure of the fit/measurements of any of the garments please
telephone us BEFORE you order ? we will gladly help you in any way. Please
note that the original shipping charge will not be reimbursed upon
exchange/refund. We aim to process all exchanges/returns within one week of
receipt. Please feel free to call/email us to check on the status of
returns/exchanges.
