UK Standard Delivery

Standard shipping in the UK and Northern Ireland is efficiently handled by DPD, we use the Dedicated Business DPD Courier Service to Track every parcel despatched.

This service is fully insured, fully traceable and guarantees delivery within 1 working days of dispatch in UK.

DPD Tracked items may be hand delivered by your dpd driver but they also may be delivered later in the day from a van, dpd depots will make decisions of delivery method based on our merit. If they feel it is impractical for a dpd driver to carry a packet due to weight they may opt for an alternative delivery met DPD tracked items can be delivered anytime.

If you are not at home when DPD attempt delivery they will automatically look for a safe place or neighbour to leave the package, if nothing suitable can be found they will leave a calling card with the relevant details and return the packet to your local dpd depot. We will provide full tracking details so you can follow every move via www.dpd.co.uk Using DPD card you can select to collect the package in person or you can select a re-delivery date of your choosing online at www.dpd.co.uk.

Returns

All customers should ensure their return contains their name, address, order number and a brief note about the return. This is also specified on the Delivery Note that comes inside Order packages.

Non-European Union customers should also ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS or GOODS FOR EXCHANGE as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we will refuse to accept the return package.

Return with Order Number & state exchange or refund. Please allow upto 2 weeks for refund.

Exchanging Corsets

Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt and not laced tight when trying for size as corsets quickly form the shape of your body when tight-laced. We will exchange corsets for an alternative size, but only when the corset is returned in brand new condition in original packaging. We will exchange your corset once for an alternative size.

If we find that a corset was tightly laced rather than gently tried for size, we reseve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an order please email or telephone us. Ensure you receive confirmation of cancellation and a cancellation number.

To comply with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations all other items are refundable/exchangeable provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt (20 days for International orders. Items must not have been worn and be in their original packaging. If exchanging, please let us know the new size or alternative item required so it can be sourced while the item is on its way back, thus limiting delays

Returns

When returning an item for an exchange we will automatically send replacement items out using this service again for guaranteed service.
DPD Tracked will accept orders up to 10KG and costs £4.95.
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day. All order placed after 15:00 on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday. Depending on stock availability.

Next Day Delivery from Corset Boutique is expertly handled by DPD COURIERS A MULTI NATIONAL COMPANY Courier Services. 

DPD have thousands of depots nationwide & all over Europe and have focused their service around Next day delivery in UK.  Europe service varies 2-5 days depending on geographic location in Europe. Countries such as France, Germany, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Austria, Denmark 2-3 day service,

USA A NEXT DAY SERVICE VIA FEDEX, Norway, Russia, japan, Australia, Switzerland and all other locations can take up too 4-5 days maximum, we use indeed one of the worlds largest & best reliable courier service company FEDEX.

If purchasing using the next day delivery service you will receive an email from Corset Boutique notifying you of the tracking details & the courier company that has picked up your goods.

This email will include your tracking number (or consignment number) and information about how to track the progress of your item. It will also state delivered however please leave an additional days depending on your location. We use this system to filter our orders accordingly.

All deliveries require a signature so please be at home if expecting a delivery or a neighbour on your behalf. They will attempt delivery between 08:00 and 17:00. If you are not at the delivery address for any reason and DPD or FEDEX cannot deliver they will leave a card with the relevant information and return the item to your local DPD or FEDEX courier centre depending on Courier Company. You can collect the package from DPD or FEDEX but they will ask for ID on pickup.

Alternatively you can call you local depots to arrange a re-delivery date.
DPD UK will handle packages 2KG are £5, Europe 2kg are £10, Rest of the World are £25
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day depending item is in stock. 
All order placed after 15:00 on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Saturday Delivery is available and handled by DPD a Special Delivery service. Any orders placed between Thursday and 15:00 Friday will be delivered by the DPD on Saturdays but an extra fee is applicable.

How quickly can I receive my item?

If Burleska has the item in Stock a Standard delivery to UK addresses is next day. We will dispatch all orders received before 15:00 Mon-Fri (excluding Bank holidays) the same day.
Next day delivery to UK address is a next working day service provided your order is received on a weekday before 15:00. This can also apply to USA due to time difference we offer next day service via FedEx international priority service subject to US CUSTOMs, we provide full tracking details.

Has my order been dispatched?

When you place an order with Burleska you will receive a confirmation email immediately.
When we mark your order as dispatched you will receive another email to let you know the order has been processed now awaiting collection from our couriers. If you have received this email on a Monday and have selected the UK Standard delivery method you should receive Tuesday (Next day Service).

Can my item be sent to an alternative or work address?

No problem, you will be given the option of delivery address on the checkout page, you can select to have the order delivered anywhere you like.
 
 
 
Oops I received the wrong item.
If you have received an incorrect item you will receive a free gift on second time round to show you our good customer service relations. We do our best to avoid such errors as its costly for us, however very occasionally our packing team do pack incorrect items, we do apologise if this does occur & please email us info@burleska.co.uk or contact us on +44(0)7957495477. 
 
 

Oops I received a defective item.

Apologies, every effort goes into trying to prevent these situations happening, last thing we ever want to see is a customer unhappy, they are extremely rare cases but they can happen. Please email our customer services on info@burleska.co.uk immediately or call us on +_44(0)7957495477 and we will send a replacement out immediately if in stock or resolve this urgently.

Will I have to Pay Import duty on my parcel?

If you are in Europe then there is no customs, import duty or VAT to pay.
If you are in the United States you have a personal import allowance of around $150-200 so you will have nothing to pay provided the order including shipping fees does not exceed this value.
If you are in Australia you have a personal import allowance of AU$1000 so will not have to pay any Import duty or VAT provided your order does not exceed this value. Other locations please contact your local department of Imports.
